Well I just spoke to the programmer and he advised me that this is a known bug within the friends list. They are still trying to figure out exactly what causes this to happen. So right now I don’t have a solution for you at the moment. I can however extend your membership for the time that you have lost in here, since you are a paying VIP member. I also would like to know more about this harassment that you have been experiencing some of our members. We will not tolerate any of this behavior. I will ask that in the future, if someone approaches you inside RLC or sends you a message to your profile that you document these instances. If its in RLC, simply take a screenshot of the conversation that shows the harassment. I find the easiest way to do this is by hitting alt+printscreen then paste it to paint. And if you are not able to get a screenshot of it then simply write down the username of the person and what was said. And you can send all of these issues to me at support@redlightcenter.com. And I will see what I can do about getting this issue resolved. The last thing we want is for you to be harassed in this way. Please keep me posted on anything you find out.
